Démarré il y a 6 ans, ce projet regroupe des morceaux de peintures, issus de différents lieux ayant servis d’atelier. Dans ces bocaux se trouve notamment une peinture sur verre éclatée, les raclures d’une fresque, du sable teinté pour une installation… Exposés ainsi, comme un stockage improvisé, cette archive est plus que cela : c’est un vestige pictural.

Started 6 years ago, this project brings together remnants of paintings from different locations that served as a studio. In these jars are notably a painting on glass now shattered, scrapings of a mural painting, stained sand from an installation…Shown like this, like an ad hoc storage, these archives are more than that: they are pictorial remains.
